Through a strengths-based, culturally sensitive lens I support adolescents, adults, and families in coping with the impact of trauma, anxiety, and depression, as well as dealing with life transitions and identity exploration. From there, we can co-create an individualized treatment plan tailored to help you meet your goals while increasing your sense of self-worth and fostering resilience in the face of life's challenges.

While I work with clients from a variety of backgrounds and identities, I specialize in supporting the LGBTQIA+ community. As a trans-identified provider, I bring a firsthand understanding of the challenges and nuances of navigating identity exploration, allowing me to offer empathetic and affirming support to a diverse array of individuals.
