You can renew your membership in four easy steps: review your information and verify that it is correct; accept the terms of Referral Service membership (if applicable); provide proof of licensure (or educational status) and insurance; and submit payment.

Accept Referral Service terms (if applicable)
If you’re joining or renewing membership in the Referral service, you will need to accept the terms and conditions associated with that. You can do so by clicking here.
Proof of licensure or educational status
Clinical members must provide proof of licensure and insurance; pre-licensed members must provide proof of your pre-licensed status. Please either mail these documents to the address at the left, or scan them and send as attachments to an email sent to contact@gaylesta.org.
Fees
First year fees are pro-rated depending on when during the year you join; for details, click here. To calculate the total fee today, add up all your fees.

An acknowledgement will be sent as soon as we receive the renewal information or online confirmation, required documentation, and payment. Welcome back!

Timing
Renewals will be processed as soon as all materials, including payment, have been received in our office and confirmed. Our membership year is April through April, so your renewal will expire in April following the year of the renewal period.
